Virtual Organizing/Coaching

During this pandemic and for a limited time, because I care about your safety as well as mine, I'm offering virtual organizing. In the past few weeks, I've been busy helping clients who were stuck at home change their environment for the better. I can do the same for you.

Here are a few benefits of virtual organizing:

Here's how it works:
After your initial complimentary phone consult, you can share your pictures via email or text. I will then schedule a 'do it yourself' coaching/organizing session via phone or face-to-face using Facebook or Skype. This means an individualized step-by-step plan with ideas and tips so you can tackle the clutter and organize with ease. This includes 90 mins. of live coaching  and a 
15-min follow up phone call scheduled at a later time. Payment required prior to organizing session. - $90

Once we have a better understanding of the virus and can figure out our new normal, I will go back to my previously offered in-home services which include individually designed organizational packages to meet your specific needs. You may either do one or any combination of services listed below for the same package rate.

Decluttering & Organizing

Sorting, purging, and organizing any space in your home, garage, business office, storage space, or warehouse. I will keep things on track and will expertly tackle all those hard to organize areas.

Organizing

This is for the client who needs organization without decluttering. I can work alone or with you. For example, this could be a master closet that's regularly purged and needs a fresh new organized and functional look.

Paper Management

Sorting, purging, and creating a filing system for important papers. You can be rest assured that your private papers will be treated as such. As an organizer, my main job is to help eliminate the stress of "too much paper" and remain professional and discreet. I have earned the trust of many of my clients and that's really important to me.

Downsizing

Empty-nesters, retirees, future minimalists, or anyone looking to downsize. This includes decluttering, organizing, and expert ideas on how to best downsize. This process can actually be less overwhelming if you're working with the right expert.

Unpacking after a move or a remodel. Organization and space management is part of this service. There's nothing like having someone else do all the work and make your space look organized, functional, and welcoming without you lifting a finger. ​

Organizing, Staging, & Home Decor

Organizing and decorating as needed for pre-listing to best showcase your home for sale. First impressions are everything! Your potential buyer will be considering how your home best fits them and/or their family.

Input and ideas on remodeling a space to better suit your needs. For example, if you're remodeling a kitchen, space planning with your needs and design aesthetics in mind.

Online shopping or in person with client's prior approval - organizer's time only - $20/hr.

Based on a pile that can fit in back of a SUV - $20 per trip

B. In-Person Consultation - An in-person walk through of your problem areas so we can discuss which package will best fit your needs - $50 ($25 of which will be applied towards any package).

  • 48 hr pkg - $2,595   (save $525)

Outdoor organization (any non-air-conditioned area):
  •   4 hr pkg -     $320            
  •   8 hr pkg -     $600     (save $40)
  • 16 hr pkg -  $1,160   (save $120)
  • 24 hr pkg -  $1,680   (save $240)
  • 32 hr pkg -  $2,175   (save $385)
  • 48 hr pkg -  $3,165   (save $675)​

​ ​​*I declutter & organize alone; however, projects requiring additional help (pre-approved by the client) - $30/hr per organizer.
